                                 ORDER
 
        On  February  6,  1995,  Dawson Construction  Company,  Inc.
   (Dawson),  appealed the  January 30,  1995 final decision  of the
   contracting  officer   regarding  unilateral  change   orders  on
   contract  number  GS-07P-91-JSX-0117,  Conversion  for  the  U.S.
   Courts,  Denver,  Colorado.    The  contracting  officer   denied
   Dawson's  November 28, 1994  request to reopen  unilateral change
   orders PC24, PC72,  PC75, PCB6, PCK1, PCJ9, PCK5,  PCK9, and PCL8
   for settlement.
 
        On March  23, 1995,  Dawson filed a  motion to  dismiss this
   appeal.  Respondent has no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
