        The  parties entered  into  contract GS-07P-91-JSX-0117  for
   renovations to the  United States Courthouse  and Post Office  in
   Denver,  Colorado.    On February  9,  1995,  Dawson Construction
   Company,  Inc.  (Dawson)  filed this  appeal  from  a contracting
   officer's decision  dated January 30,  1995.  On March  15, 1995,
   Dawson filed a notice of withdrawal of the appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
