                                 ORDER
 
        RPS  Enterprises, Inc. filed  this appeal with  the Board on
   January 9, 1995,  concerning construction  services performed  at
   the J.  Woods Courthouse in  San Antonio, TX, under  contract no.
   GS-07P-93-HUC-0002.
 
        On February  1, the parties  filed a  joint stipulation  for
   dismissal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
