                                 ORDER
 
        On  December 5, 1994,  the Board  received this  appeal from
   Technautics,  Inc. concerning a contract with the respondent, the
   General  Services   Administration.     Technautics  appealed   a
   contracting officer  decision denying  a $7,017.47  claim for  an
   equitable adjustment under the contract.
 
        Technautics  and the agency  have entered into  a settlement
   agreement resolving  the dispute  (the contractor  is to be  paid
   some money).   The parties  request that the appeal  be dismissed
   pursuant  to Rule 28(a).   Accordingly, the  Board DISMISSES WITH
   PREJUDICE the appeal.  Rule 28(a).
