                                 ORDER
 
        The Board  was advised  by appellant's  vice president,  Mr.
   James Lawson, that this appeal  was settled on June 9, 1995,  and
   that a letter asking for a dismissal would be forthcoming.   None
   has.
 
        On July  27, 1995, the  Board issued an order  directing the
   parties to show  cause, on  or before  August 7,  1995, why  this
   appeal  should  not  be  dismissed  as  settled.   Neither  party
   responded.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
