(NACC) appealed a General Services Administration contracting officer's deemed denial of NACC's request for extra costs involved in correcting design deficiencies under contract number GS-02P-CUC-0030 for the construction of a four-story Federal Courthouse Building Annex in Bridgeport, Connecticut. On July 20, 1995, at the request of the parties the Board dismissed this appeal without prejudice to reinstatement within eighty-five days. On October 17, 1995, the Board granted the parties' joint motion to extend the deadline for reinstating this appeal for an additional forty-five days; on November 30, 1995, the Board granted the parties' joint motion to extend the deadline an additional fifteen days; and on December 14, 1995, the Board granted the parties' joint motion to extend the deadline through January 5, 1996. On January 3, 1996, respondent filed a joint motion to extend the deadline for reinstating this appeal through January 19, 1996. Good cause having been shown, respondent's motion is GRANTED. This appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
