DISMISSED: April 20, 1995 GSBCA 13027 NATIONAL INTERIOR CONTRACTORS, INC., Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Peter M. Daigle, President of National Interior Contractors, Inc., Centerville, MA, appearing for Appellant. Kenneth E. Kendell, Office of Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, Philadelphia, PA, counsel for Respondent. GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER On May 5, 1994, appellant was awarded a contract by respondent, the General Services Administration, for mechanical maintenance service at Social Security Administration buildings at three locations in Pennsylvania. On July 16, 1994, respondent issued a cure notice to appellant notifying appellant that its performance on the contract was deficient. On August 10, appellant responded to the cure notice. On August 18, the contracting officer issued a final decision notifying appellant that its response to the cure notice was determined to be unsatisfactory and, therefore, terminated appellant's contract for default. It is from that decision that this appeal arises. After the filing of the complaint and answer, the Board convened the parties in a conference and established a schedule for further proceedings. On April 17, 1995, the parties filed a joint stipulation and moved for dismissal of this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED. Rule 28(a). ___________________________ ALLAN H.
