                                 ORDER
 
        Hart Construction Co., Inc. (appellant) was awarded contract
   GS-03P-93-DXC-0054  for the renovation  of a Judge's  Chambers in
   the Boggs Federal  Building, Wilmington, Delaware.   On July  13,
   1994, the contracting  officer issued a final  decision regarding
   appellant's  claim  for  equitable adjustment  for  the  extended
   contract  period  between  January  29  and May  30,  1994.    On
   September 6, 1994, appellant appealed this final decision.
 
        On December 15, 1994, the parties filed a joint  stipulation
   for  dismissal with prejudice  in accordance with  the Settlement
   Agreement executed and dated December 8, 1994.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
