This appeal arises out of contract GS06P91GYC0048 entered into by the parties for construction of the United States Courthouse in Kansas City, Kansas. On August 2, 1995, the parties submitted to the Board a settlement agreement. In the agreement, the parties stipulate that the General Services Administration will pay J.E. Dunn Construction Company $164,000, plus interest from September 30, 1995, in full settlement of the above-captioned appeal. In addition to the settlement agreement, the parties submitted certificates of finality to the Board. Decision The Board adopts the parties' stipulation. Rule 36(e). The appeal is GRANTED in the amount of $164,000, plus interest at the rate authorized by the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. 611 (1988), from September 30, 1995, until paid. _______________________________ MARTHA H.
