                                 ORDER
 
        On   July  16,  1994,   Dawson  Construction  Company,  Inc.
   (Dawson),  appealed  the  June 24,  1994  final  decision of  the
   contracting officer  relating to  contract number  GS-07P-91-JSX-
   0117,  Conversion for  the U.S.  Courts,  Denver, Colorado.   The
   contracting  officer denied Dawson's June  22, 1994 request for a
   change  order  in the  amount  of  $10,915.57 to  perform  carpet
   removal and replacement.
 
        On January 17, 1995, Dawson  filed a notice of withdrawal of
   this appeal.  Respondent has no objection.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 28.
