BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER J.A. Jones Management Services filed this appeal on June 24, 1994, from the contracting officer's final decision of March 31, 1994, directing J.A. Jones Management Services to continue performance under the terms of Option I of the contract. The dispute arises from GSA's failure to provide written notification of the exercise of the option prior to the expiration of the contract performance in accordance with the notice provisions of the contract. On December 15, 1994, the parties, having settled the case, submitted a joint stipulation to dismiss this appeal with prejudice.
