                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal challenged the Government's default  termination
   of appellant's construction contract GS-09P-92-NPC-0082
   The  Government has  now converted the  default termination  to a
   termination for  the convenience of  the Government.  In  view of
   the foregoing  this appeal  is now moot,  and the  Government has
   moved to dismiss it.  Appellant concurs in the motion.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
