                                 ORDER
 
        On May 31, 1994, the  Board received this appeal from Bunker
   Industries, Inc. concerning  a contract with the  respondent, the
   General Services Administration.   In the appeal,  the contractor
   takes  issue with  the agency's  termination for  default of  its
   contract.  On November 30, the agency filed a motion representing
   that  the  parties  both  have  come  to  a  fair  and  equitable
   settlement of the  matter and request that the  case be dismissed
   with prejudice pursuant to Rule 28.
 
        Accordingly, the  Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
