                                 ORDER
 
        This petition was  filed by Gisbert Construction  Co., Inc.,
   on May 13, 1994, requesting  a contracting officer's decision  on
   petitioner's   certified   claim   to    the   General   Services
   Administration.   On June  7, the  Board received  a copy  of the
   contracting officer's  decision,  dated June  6, which  indicated
   that a copy had been furnished to petitioner.
 
        This petition is hereby DISMISSED AS MOOT.
