                                 ORDER
 
        On January 12,  1994, the Board received a  notice of appeal
   from  Select Investigative  Services  regarding  a guard  service
   contract   it   had  with   respondent,   the  General   Services
   Administration.    Select  Investigative  Services contested  the
   termination for default of the contract.   
 
        On  April 14,  1994, the  parties  filed a  joint motion  to
   dismiss with prejudice as they have settled the appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  the  appeal   is  DISMISSED  WITH   PREJUDICE.
