   PARKER, Board Judge.
 
        H.K.  Enterprises, Inc. filed this appeal from a contracting
   officer's  final decision dated  February 12, 1993,  concerning a
   building   leased  by   the   General  Services   Administration.
   Appellant claimed $7,589.36.
 
        On July 7,  the Board received the parties'  stipulation for
   entry of judgment, which provided:
 
                  COMES NOW,  the Appellant,  H.K. ENTERPRISES,
             INC.  (H.K.),  and  the  Agency, GENERAL  SERVICES
             ADMINISTRATION (GSA), acting by and through  their
             officer  or  designated  counsel and  submit  this
             Stipulation for  Entry of  Judgment, and  show the
             Board as follows:
 
                  1.   The parties  have executed  a Settlement
             Agreement  which resolves  all disputes  regarding
             the subject  lease and appeal, attached  hereto as
             Exhibit 1.
 
                  2.   H.K.  shall   be  awarded  the   sum  of
             $3,200.00 on its claim and appeal submitted to the
             Board on May 26, 1993.
 
                  3.   GSA shall  pay the  sum stated  above to
             H.K. within sixty  (60) days of the  date of entry
             of judgement by the Board.
 
                  4.   Both the Appellant and GSA certify that:
 
                  a)   They will not seek reconsideration of, or
                       relief from, the Board's decision, and
 
                  b)   They will not appeal the decision.
 
 
                                Decision
 
        This  appeal  is GRANTED  IN  PART  in accordance  with  the
   stipulation of the parties.  Rule 36(e).
