                                 Order
 
        This appeal was filed on  May 10, 1993.  Various proceedings
   were  had,  but  on  November  23, 1993,  the  Board  received  a
   stipulation of  dismissal from the parties wherein both agreed to
   a dismissal of this appeal  with prejudice 90 days after November
   23, 1993, which date is February 21, 1994.
 
        Since the  agreed  date  has  now  passed,  this  appeal  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, as settled.
