ORDER Disputes arose between the General Services Administration and D. B. Mann Development Company under a contract for the lease by the former from the latter of office space in Indianapolis, Indiana. The lessor submitted a claim for an equitable adjustment to contract payments in the amount of $53,950.72. In response, the contracting officer denied this claim and asserted a Government claim in the amount of $115,801.31. The lessor appealed the decision to this Board. The parties have now resolved their disputes and have moved us to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. Under the settlement agreement, the lessor will pay the Government $88,090 over a period of 18 months, with the transfer of funds to be effected by the Government taking deductions from the monthly rental payments.
