ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board by Seekonk Manufacturing Co., Inc., on April 5, 1993. Respondent demanded payment from appellant for an alleged failure to conform to the calibration accuracy requirements of a contract for torque wrenches. On June 30, the Board received a letter from appellant that stated: The contractor, Seekonk Manufacturing Co., Inc., and the government have reached agreement and agree to refer the instant matter back to the contracting officer in accordance with their negotiated terms. The Seekonk Manufacturing Co., Inc. hereby requests withdrawal of the instant proceedings without prejudice for a period for 150 days. Michael P. Morizio, Senior Assistant Regional Counsel for General Services Administration, assents and is in agreement with this disposition. Decision This appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
