ORDER On April 7, 1993, Beckman Construction Company appealed the Contracting Officer's final decision denying appellalnt's claim for costs associated with the installation of a fire alarm system in the Huntington, West Virginia Federal Building. On June 3, the Board convened the parties for a status conference on this case. At that time, the parties advised the Board that they had already engaged in limited discovery. Subsequent status conferences were held on July 12 and August 19, respectively. A hearing was to be held in Philadelphia on September 28. On August 31, appellant's representative advised the Board that the parties had settled their dispute. On September 16, the Board received a stipulation for dismissal.
