ORDER On March 29, 1993, Star Electric Company, Inc., filed an appeal of a General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer's final decision terminating for default contract number GS-03P-92-DXC-0065. On June 30, 1993, Wausau Insurance Companies (Wausau) appealed the final decision of a GSA contracting officer denying Wausau's request for an equitable adjustment to contract number GS-03P-93-DXC-0046. Both contracts were for installation of energy efficient lighting, Middle River Depot, Middle River, Maryland. These appeals were consolidated on July 7, 1993. On September 30, 1993, the parties filed joint motions to dismiss the appeals with prejudice, stating that the parties have reached settlement in both appeals.
