                                 ORDER
 
        The  Board received this  appeal filed  on behalf  of Davlin
   Paint Co. on March  24, 1993.  Appellant appealed the decision of
   the General  Services Administration  to partially terminate  for
   default its contract to provide enamel silicone alkyd copolymer.
 
        On December  16, the Board  received the parties'  motion to
   dismiss,  which stated, "Pursuant to Board Rule 28(a), Appellant,
   joined  by Respondent, moves the  Board to dismiss the referenced
   appeal with  prejudice.   Appellant and  Respondent have  entered
   into  a settlement agreement resolving all issues concerning this
   appeal."
 
        In accordance with  the request by the  parties, this appeal
   is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
