It involves a claim by Thomas Cirafici. Mr. Cirafici purchased an automobile during an auction held by the General Services Administration on August 19, 1992, at the Union Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Cirafici filed this appeal after determining that the vehicle he had purchased needed repairs to the cooling system, the spare tire, and the brakes. On March 31, 1993, counsel for respondent provided the Board with a stipulation for dismissal based upon settlement of this case. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 28(a), this appeal is dismissed without prejudice, to become with prejudice if a request to reinstate this case is not made by one of the parties within sixty days from the date of this order. _______________________ EDWIN B.
