ORDER The appeal in GSBCA 11846 concerned a Government claim that distribution transformers, supplied as part of the renovation project of the United States Court House and Post Office, Pittsburgh, PA, were foreign products and failed to comply with the Buy American Act, 41 U.S.C. 10 (1988). The Government directed appellant to supply a conforming product. The appeal in GSBCA 12161 involved a Government claim that PVC fittings supplied for the same project were foreign products and failed to comply with that Act. Again, the Government directed appellant to supply a conforming product. The parties have now settled these disputes and have moved to dismiss the appeals with prejudice. Rule 28(a)(1).
