                                 ORDER
 
        On October 27, 1992, Jane Parker appealed the final decision
   of a General Services  Administration contracting officer denying
   her request  to  cancel  the  purchase of  seven  vehicles  under
   contract  numbers GS-09F-92FBE-6908 through  6914.  On  March 22,
   1993,  respondent filed a joint stipulation for dismissal stating
   that  the  parties  have  reached   a  mutual  agreement  of  the
   underlying  dispute and requesting  that the appeal  be dismissed
   with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  the   appeal  is  DISMISSED   WITH  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).
