                           ORDER OF DISMISSAL
 
        Darwin Construction Company, Inc. claimed  $115,831 in costs
   of additional planting under a contract with the General Services
   Administration.  The  contracting officer denied this  claim.  An
   appeal  of this  decision was received  by the  Board on  June 5,
   1992, and withdrawn on July 1.
 
        The appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
