PARKER, Board Judge ORDER The Board received this appeal filed by Crane & Co., Inc. on May 26, 1992, from a final decision by the Department of the Treasury's Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The appeal concerns claims for reimbursement of costs related to bid samples. On December 9, 1993, the Board received the parties' joint stipulation of dismissal, which provided, "The parties to the above-entitled matter, having reached agreement to settle all issues in dispute in connection with such matter, now stipulate that there being no further dispute between the parties with respect to such issues, that this matter be dismissed with prejudice."
