ORDER On March 17, 1992, the Board docketed an appeal from a contracting officer's decision of January 3, 1992, denying the appellant's claim for reimbursement for certain work done at the direction of the respondent, the General Services Administration, under the warranty clause of the contract, GS-07P-89-HUC-0068, Project No. ITX88007. The disputed work involved the replacement of elevator buttons in the Bob Casey Federal Building/Courthouse, in Houston, Texas. Appellant's complaint, respondent's answer to the complaint, and the Rule 4 appeal file were filed with the Board. In response to the Board's order directing further proceedings of May 20, 1992, the parties submitted to the Board a discovery schedule and elected a hearing to be held in September 1992. On August 3, 1992, the parties filed with the Board a joint motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. The parties also filed a copy of their settlement agreement.
