ORDER This case constitutes an appeal of contracting officer's decisions terminating for default a contract for the supply of padlocks and assessing excess reprocurement costs against the contractor. The case was set for hearing, to begin on February 23, 1993. Just before this date, counsel informed the Board that the parties had resolved their dispute.
