ORDER These cases arise out of a construction contract entered into on May 30, 1991, between the General Services Administration (GSA) and American Commercial Contractors, Inc. (ACC) for the renovation of the federal building in Jackson, Mississippi. ACC submitted to the contracting officer several claims for equitable adjustments to the contract price, and the contracting officer denied the claims in decisions dated December 2, 1991, and March 17, 1993. These appeals followed. On March 2, 1995, the parties filed a joint motion for dismissal with prejudice. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
