_______________________________________________ DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: January 28, 1993 _______________________________________________ GSBCA 11704 GENERAL ROOFING COMPANY, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. John T. Flynn of Smith, Currie & Hancock, Atlanta, GA, counsel for Appellant. M. Leah Wright, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. PARKER, Board Judge. ORDER On February 4, 1992, the Board docketed this appeal, dated January 29, filed by General Roofing Company. Appellant averred that a contracting officer for the General Services Administration failed to issue a timely decision on several of its claims. Appellant's claims were for costs for additional work and proposed credits for deleted work in connection with a roof replacement at the William J. Green Federal Building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In response to the parties' request dated September 3, the Board on September 9 dismissed with prejudice portions of the appeal. The Board granted the parties an extension of time to complete their negotiations on the remaining issues. On January 21, 1993, the Board received a letter dated January 19 from respondent, on behalf of both parties, which stated, "The above-referenced appeal has been settled. Appellant agrees that no issues remain to be resolved. Respondent requests that the Board dismiss GSBCA No. 11704 with prejudice." Appellant has confirmed that it, too, requests the dismissal. Decision This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). _______________________________ ROBERT W. PARKER Board Judge
