ORDER On January 22, 1992, McGoldrick Construction Services, appellant, filed an appeal from the contracting officer's deemed denial of appellant's claim for equitable adjustment for contract number GS-07P-90-HUC-0075. That contract was for interior improvements to the United States Treasury Building in Austin, Texas. The contracting officer, by unilateral modification PC 13 CE # 17, had directed appellant to perform allegedly extra work. Appellant sought an equitable adjustment of $3,560.94 for the extra work. On July 7, 1992, the parties advised the Board that the claim giving rise to the appeal was fully settled, and the parties requested a dismissal with prejudice.
