                                 ORDER
 
        Structural  Concepts  filed  its appeal  with  the  Board on
   November 27, 1991, concerning contract No. GS-00F-76667 issued by
   the General Services  Administration for the provision  of office
   furniture.   Appellant challenges  the method  for computing  the
   commercial freight rate. 
 
        On   July  27,  1992,   the  Board  received   the  parties'
   stipulation of dismissal, as follows:
 
                  Appellant  Structural   Concepts  Corporation
             ("Structural  Concepts")  and  Respondent  General
             Services Administration ("GSA"),  having agreed to
             settle  this   matter,  hereby   stipulate  to   a
             dismissal  of this case with prejudice.  A copy of
             the parties' settlement  agreement is attached  to
             this Stipulation.
 
        Accordingly,  the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Board
   Rule 28(a).
