ORDER These appeals were filed by Dawson Construction Company, Inc. (Dawson) against the General Services Administration. Dawson was awarded Contract No. GS-07B-31521 for the modernization of the F. Edward Hebert Federal Building in New Orleans, Louisiana. After the contracting officer denied Dawson's claims regarding unilateral change orders decreasing the contract price and for equitable adjustments for additional work under the contract, these appeals ensued. The parties to these appeals have submitted a joint Stipulation for Dismissal Without Prejudice. The parties have stated that the appeals have been fully settled and compromised. The parties have requested that the appeals be dismissed without prejudice, to convert to a dismissal with prejudice upon receipt of payment of the settlement amounts. 2 Accordingly, the parties' request is granted. These appeals are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This dismissal shall convert to a dismissal with prejudice upon receipt of the settlement amount or six months from the date of this dismissal, whichever occurs first. Rule 28. VINCENT A.
