DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: October 15, 1992 GSBCA 11480 M & M WELDING & FABRICATORS, INC., Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Richard L. Moorhouse and Robert G. Bugge of Dunnells, Duvall & Porter, Washington, DC, counsel for Appellant. Steven M. Stomski, Real Property Division, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge. ORDER On October 1, 1991, M & M Welding & Fabricators, Inc., appealed a General Services Administration contracting officer's failure to issue a decision on a claim for $254,604.13. The claim stems from actions allegedly taken by agency employees which are said to have damaged boilers being rented by appellant to the Government. Counsel informed the Board in February 1992 that a settlement in principle had been reached. On October 13, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. In the motion, they state only that they "have entered into a Stipulation of Settlement affecting a complete and final settlement of this Appeal." The case is now DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
