(ICC) appealed the final decision of a Department of the Treasury, U.S. Mint, contracting officer to terminate for default contract number TM-91-2010 for coin proof set inserts. On July 29, 1992, counsel for respondent informed the Board that the agency and ICC have entered into a settlement agreement and asked that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
